And SF Yachts has also signed an accessories dealership with Starlight Italia Nightvision Cameras and Dessalator Watermakers. It has taken a major step in bolstering its yacht management credentials with the launch of a new software that allows users to monitor and approve all expenses, jobs or trips for their yachts.

SFL Design – another division of Rahim Holdings expertise into the real estate and marine sector – has a well established reputation for the strength of its interior and external designs for luxury yachts as well as private residential properties in the Gulf region. A young and dynamic team of architects and designers is at the helm of developing designs for outstanding projects that are known for their aesthetic quality and practicality.
Every project begins with the development of initial concepts, which are then rendered into photorealistic images as well as mood board and finishing samples. The team is also involved in project management, surveyor support and yachting service.
The firm operates from its 300 sqm premises on Jumeriah Beach Road where one can find a high end design office, dedicated studio and a VIP conference for customers to discuss their proposals.
Some of the successful projects undertaken by the SFL Design team include SF40 Serenity, a 40m pleasure yacht that was launched during the Monaco yacht Show 2015. It was built at the Italian Shipyard Mondo marine and the team was involved in executing all the creative elements of the interior design.
